bmobile REWARD FOR RAMA PEOPLE’S CHAMPION

Kees Dieffenthaller and KES The Band received the highest number of public votes during last Saturday’s RAMA Concert at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, earning them the title of RAMA People’s Champion.

Dieffenthaller was on hand on February 13 2012, at TSTT’s Corporate Box, located at the Queen’s Park Oval, for the prize-giving event. He was awarded a $10,000 cash prize along with two (2) SAMSUNG Galaxy Tabs computers, each sponsored by bmobile.

The band’s stellar performance moved the live and online audience to vote in its favour, above several other top soca bands and artistes.

Kees and his crew received over 1114 text and web votes for their performance at RAMA, followed closely by Machel Montano HD with 879 text and web votes. Fay Ann Lyons-Alvarez placed third with 647 text and web votes.

Always full of energy, the Curtain Crew won bmobile's prize $5,000 and 10 mobile phones for RAMA's BEST LOOKING CREW, and were enthusiastic about receiving their winnings from bmobile's Naresha Ali-Belmonte (left). Patrons also had an opportunity to win prizes, with the Curtain Crew being named the Best Looking Crew.

Also present at the Oval, they were the recipients of a $5,000 cash prize as well as Sony Fete Phones.
