BMOBILE LUCKY DAZE Official Rules and Regulations

1. PROMOTION PERIOD
   Starting May 4th, 2012 and ending May 30th,2012.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of Trinidad & Tobago, be 18 years of age or older, and have a bmobile service account and phone with text messaging features.Subscribers under bmobile corporate accounts are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after November1, 2011, was or is a director, officer, or agent of TSTT, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees, or service agencies, or independent contractors; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Entities”), and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological parent, step-mother, step-father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (i.e., who have lived in the same household for at least three (3) of the twelve (12) months preceding the start of the Promotion Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories.
3. HOW TO ENTER/PARTICIPATE
   To enter, customer must top up $30 or more on any given day during the promotion period. Sixty percent (60%) of the customers that fulfill the top up criteria will qualify for the daily random winner draws. Customers that qualify for the daily draws will receive the following text message:
   Congrats u r in the next Bmobile Lucky Daze draw! 4 ur chance 2win answer our live radio call & say the phrase TODAY IS MY LUCKY DAY. WITH BMOBILE WE GOT THIS!
4. PRIZES
   Bmobile will be awarding various quantities of the following prizes:
   • Free Groceries from HiLo for six (6) months (capped and $1,500 per month)
   • Free Prepaid Mobile service from bmobile for six (6) months (capped at $500 per month)
   • Flat Screen TVs
   • Cash up to $10,000.
5. DRAWS
   Three draws will take place daily on various radio stations as follows:
   • Boom 94.1: Monday 8:30-8:40am, and Tuesday-Friday 7:30-7:40am
   • Hott 93: Monday-Friday 2:00-2:10pm
   • WEFM 96.1: Monday- Friday 5:00-5:15pm

   One (1) winner will be chosen during each draw for a total of three (3) winners per day.
   The dates for the draws are as follows:

   Before each daily draw, prizes will be randomly assigned to categories A, B, C or D.During each draw, one (1) mobile number will be randomly chosen from the list of finalists that received the qualifying text message stated above. Each number will be called live on the radio. If the first finalist called does not answer after five (5) rings, a second finalist will be called, then a third, then a fourth, until a winner is chosen.

   The finalist that answers must give the access phrase:TODAY IS MY LUCKY DAY. WITH BMOBILE WE GOT THIS! The finalist must then choose a category of prize, whether A, B, C, or D. Once the finalist chooses, the prize will be revealed.

   The finalist then has the option to keep that prize or give it up for another letter. If the finalist chooses to change, he/she cannot re-claim the original prize.

Terms and Conditions of Winning and Redemption of Prizes

• All prizes will be distributed after the promotion has ended. Customers will be contacted by a bmobile representative and advised of the date, time, and location from which they can collect their prize.
• All prizes are non-transferrable
• Customers must have an active bmobile account to win and redeem their prize.
• By participating, customers give permission for their names and pictures to be published in the press and online media if they are winners.
• Winning mobile numbers will be excluded from subsequent draws.
• Winners will receive HiLo vouchers for the redemption of their free groceries. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners of free bmobile service will receive a direct top up of $500.00 per month.
• Winners must maintain their bmobile prepaid service to receive all six months of top up. If at any time during the six month period, the winner gives up his/her bmobile prepaid service, the remainder of the top ups due to the winner will be forfeited.
• The number being topped up must be the same one that was used to participate in the promotion.
• Winners agree that Bmobile is not responsible for warranty, service, or maintenance of the TV once it has been transferred to the winner.
• All warranty, service, or maintenance issues will be addressed directly to the supplier from which the TV was purchased.
• Winners of cash prizes will receive cheques for the value of the cash prize won. Cheques must be collected within thirty (30) days from the date the winner is notified. Cheques not collected within thirty (30) days will be voided.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• By participating in this promotion, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations including all eligibility requirements and terms and conditions of wining and redeeming prizes.Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.
• Disputes regarding entries: In the event of a dispute as to who topped up the mobile phone, the ‘entry’ will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number that participated. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a mobile phone account by the wireless provider, telecommunications carrier or other organization responsible for assigning mobile phone numbers for the submitted mobile number. Bmobile business accounts are not eligible to participateunless expressly permitted by the business in writing. Selected entrants may be required to provide Bmobile with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the mobile number associated with the selected entry.
• Subscribers under bmobile Corporate Employee accounts are eligible. Subscribers under Bmobile Corporate accounts are not eligible.
• Bmobile reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Promotion.
• Bmobile does not warrant that access to or use of the bmobile service will be uninterrupted or free of any of the events stated below, due to the nature of computer and wireless communications. Sponsors and the Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to; (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Promotion; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of any prize or in any prize notification documents; or (d) for any errors of any kind in connection with the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Promotion.
• Prizes cannot be transferred from one customer to another.

DISCLOSURES

• Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws in the countries where the Promotion is being run. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won.
• In the event that analysis reveals valid prize claims are greater than the number of prizes available as set forth in these rules, there will be a random drawing amongst all eligible prize claimants who have not yet received a prize, to award the remaining number of advertised prizes in the prize category in question. The award of prizes may be suspended in the event bmobile becomes aware of an error respecting the number of prizes. In no event will bmobile be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available in the prize category in question.
• Prizes pictured in point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Promotion materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prize(s) may vary from the prize(s) pictured. In the event any promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Regulationsconflict with details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotion media (Promotion Materials), the details of the Promotion set forth in these Official Rules and Regulation shall prevail. The approximate retail values (ARV) of prizes as stated by bmobile in the Promotion Materials, and/or in these Official Rules are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace. If, at the time a prize is redeemed or awarded, the actual prevailing retail purchase price for the prize is less than the ARV stated by the Sponsors in Promotion Materials, and/or in these Official Rules, the prize winner will not be entitled to a check or cash for the price difference.
• The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, TSTT’s employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.

  By using a data monitor or counter that records data usage. Many phones come equipped with this, it is usually found in the call logs menu. There are also data monitor applications that can be downloaded to assist in monitoring data usage.
• How will I know when my prepaid data service is running out?The bmobile prepaid data services will not run out. When using the service and if your credit is running low, you will receive a low balance notification that will prompt you to Top Up, so that you can continue to have access to the service.
• Will my Data Service stop when there is an incoming call?
  Yes, voice calls will temporarily suspend the data session until the call is completed, at which time you can resume your previous activity
